Emily Dalsky

Hello! My name is Emily Dalksy, and I hail from the lush countryside of Wisconsin. I find great joy in mountains, kombucha, spiritual theology, and the ukulele. You can find me here at our beloved St Thomas pursuing a double major in Catholic Studies and Communications while minoring in Philosophy. I love life and desire to adventure with you in what it means to be a human fully alive!

Liam Skulley

Welcome! My name is Liam Skulley and I hope to see you on campus this year! I am currently a sophomore majoring in Secondary Education and Math. I grew up in St. Paul and am blessed to call St. Thomas my home this year. As a Peer Minister, I hope to reach out to as many fellow students as possible and create strong relationships with all of you. My mission is to bring many new faces into the faith community and support my peers. If you see me on campus feel free to say hi and good luck this academic year. Go Tommies and God Bless!

Hazel Jordan

My name is Hazel Jordan and I’m a Junior majoring in Communication & Journalism and minoring in Catholic Studies. I was born in the Philippines and my family and I moved here when I was seven years old. I never thought that I'd be going to school at UST and have a deep desire to learn about the Catholic Church and live a life for Jesus Christ, but He has led me here! I love anything involving the arts—theatre, singing, drawing, painting, photography—reading and discussing theology, going to Daily Mass and Evening Prayer and hanging out with friends. Please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to me or call me up for coffee—I’d love to get to know you!

Vincent Koehl

My name is Vincent Koehl and I have travelled from Carmel, Indiana, the roundabout capital of the world, to get to know you all and connect you into a deeper relationship with Our Lord. I am currently a Sophomore here at St. Thomas with a double major of Chemistry and Neuroscience, but that does not mean I will not have free time to just chill and have a great time doing numerous activities. Whatever activities and hobbies you enjoy I’m always up to try new things or partake in friendly competition or even just chill and talk while playing videogames.  Hope to meet as many of you as possible as we grow throughout this upcoming year.

Emma Bjork

Hi! My name is Emma Bjork and I am a sophomore here at St. Thomas. I am majoring in neuroscience and plan on attending medical school. I love working with people and being able to play a role in their faith lives. In my free time I love to waterski and spend time on the lake. I recently have started playing golf and I love to curl up with a good book. I am looking forward to connecting with everyone and working to bring people together through Christ! I can't wait to see what He has in store for us this year!

Josh Crespo

Hola, Buenos días! My name is Joshua Crespo-Arreola and I am blessed to be member of the Peer Minister team. I am currently a sophomore majoring in Biology and Justice & Peace Studies. I was born in Los Angeles, California on the day of the angels in the city of the angels. I am Mexican, which means I enjoy a mean meal and love representing my roots. The University of St. Thomas has been my dream school ever since I was 14 years old. I am proud to serve and fully engage in the Peer Minister team this school year. As a catholic retreat leader, my goal is to provide an inclusive and safe environment for everybody. To share and expand faith on campus. I wish you all the absolute best, and please do not hesitate to say hi!

Maddie Cook

Hello and welcome! My name is Maddie Cook, and I am a senior studying Operations and Supply Chain Management. I will be living on the second floor of Grace Hall. One of my main hopes for my last year at St. Thomas is that God would use me in many ways to show His unconditional love and grace to the students around me, especially those in Grace Hall. I hope to build strong relationships, and be a support and encouragement to the people surrounding me, no matter what their faith background. Do not hesitate to connect with me for anything from needing an ice cream run, to deep conversation, or if you need a late-night study buddy. I hope to see you and get to know you better. Keep your eyes peeled for me during move-in, and make sure to shout my name really loudly if you see me around campus!

Sam Shay

I’m Sam - I’m a junior this year going for a degree in both COJO and Catholic Studies, and I’ll be one of the Peer Ministers in Brady this year. If you come visit, you may catch me playing video games, whistling, talking through life stuff with people, dancing, and eating dried mangos (seriously, dried mangos are the best), as those are all things I love. Foremost, however, I am a lover of my Faith, and it inspires me to be Christ to my neighbors as well as I am able. If you’re reading this, you’re my neighbor – please come talk to me sometime!
