Absolutely! The Office for Spirituality is eager to help all members of the University of St. Thomas community grow in faith and deepen their relationship with God. Students from all faith traditions are involved with our programs and we invite you to join us.  And, if you have ideas for programs that will more fully meet your needs, please share them with us

Yes we can.  Our office provides a supportive environment for students seeking to grow in faith and understanding of God. We are ready to help you find resources for growing in your relationship with God including through individual or group spiritual direction. Stop by the Iversen Center for Faith (LL18) or email spirituality@stthomas.edu to make an appointment to speak with one of us and we can go from there.

It is our goal to meet the spiritual growth needs of all members of our community and that includes faculty, staff, graduate students, undergraduates and alumni.  We have been more successful in the past with some of those areas than others, so if you are a faculty or staff member and have ideas you would like to see us pursue, don't hesitate to share them with us.

The best way to get involved is to attend one of our retreats throughout the semester. Our reteats range from on-campus half-day events to destination overnight retreats. We try to offer something for everyone each year, including silent retreats as well as more social commuinity building retreats. After you have been on one or two, you might consider volunteering to help us put on a retreat by leading a small group or giving a talk!
