Graduate Residence Coordinator
The Residence (Life) Coordinator is a 10-month, approximately 25 hour per week graduate level position within the Residence Life Department at St. Catherine University reporting to the Area Director. The RC will work in multiple residence halls with a population of 288-320 students with a primary focus on student connection, integration, and learning and engagement. The Residence Coordinator shares the responsibility of the supervision, evaluation, and development of Residence Life student staff.

St. Catherine University Open Position –Assistant Dean for Student Support and Outreach
The Assistant Dean for Student Support and Outreach serves as the leader of the University’s behavioral intervention team. This position provides oversight to case management services to students with complex mental and physical health problems, as well as safety concerns that are reported to the Office of Student Affairs. The Assistant Dean for Student Support and Outreach will provide direct intervention with students regarding issues of concern, including initial contact and meetings, appropriate referrals on- and off-campus, behavioral contracting, and necessary follow-up conversations. The position will work closely with day-to-day management of Mapworks, a comprehensive retention tool for early intervention. This position reports to the Associate Dean for Students and Retention and must effectively collaborate and consult with students, faculty, staff, parents/families, as well as other student affairs colleagues.
