The role of the MCHN Blue Plus Peer Specialist is to provide short-term intensive services that will address and stabilize the client’s condition. Clients referred to this service are at risk of requiring more restrictive care, and/or were recently discharged from a hospital setting, and/or are high utilizers of medical and psychiatric care. The peer specialist works with clients and their case managers, also on the MCHN Blue team, to develop and reach recovery goals based on their individual needs. This team serves the nine--county metro area (Hennepin, Anoka, Scott, Carver, Washington, Dakota, Ramsey, Wright and Sherburne).


Chemical Health Professional - Float

The chemical health professional will provide group and individual clinical and case management services to women and children in our family, co-occurring residential treatment program. Building Resilient Families is a family residential treatment facility serving pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women with children in their care ages 0-17. The Chemical Health Professional is responsible for delivery of treatment services to the mothers, children, and families.
