The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is seeking talented Clinicians to work on the leading edge of the comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of civilly committed sexual offenders. MSOP is a residential treatment facility for clients who have been court-ordered to receive ongoing treatment in a secure setting. Transition Coordinator/LICSW Opportunity

The Transition Coordinator position will provide coordination of efforts related to referral to, and discharge from MLB. This position provides advanced clinical assessment, consultation, person-centered support recommendations, and technical assistance to promote the most integrated, clinically appropriate supports for individuals with complex behavioral health challenges. Additionally, the Transition Coordinator may provide direct clinical social work services to individuals, including diagnostic and psychosocial assessment, counseling, and brief psychotherapy.
