Mental Health Practioner II

Kindred Family Focus has an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Practitioner based in Southern, MN.  This position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to youth and families primarily in their home.  These services include crisis intervention, therapy, skill building, case coordination, advocacy, team meetings, reviews and referral services.  The goal is to prevent unnecessary out of home placements of youth or to facilitate the earliest possible reunification when placement is necessary.

Kindred Family Focus  has an exciting opportunity for a full-time school-based Mental Health Practitioner II in the Minneapolis – St. Paul area. This position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to youth and families in their school and/or home or our office. These services include crisis intervention, skill building, case coordination, advocacy, team meetings, reviews and referral services.  The goal is to prevent unnecessary out of home placements of youth or to facilitate the earliest possible reunification when placement is necessary.  

Mental Health Practioner II

Mental Health Therapist

Kindred Family Focus, a part of the Nexus family of treatment programs, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time school-based Mental Health Therapist based in the Minneapolis/St Paul Metro area. This position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to youth and families in their school and/or home or our office.  These services include completing diagnostic assessments, providing individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, skill building, case coordination, advocacy, team meetings, reviews and referral services.  The goal is to prevent unnecessary out of home placements of youth or to facilitate the earliest possible reunification when placement is necessary.
