Current Student Information
Class locations and availability are subject to change. Please consult the online Class Finder or Searchable Class Schedule in Murphy Online for the latest updates. Enrollment information on Class Finder updates nightly; Murphy Online is updated in real-time.
All course syllabi can be found on their respective course Canvas sites (http://stthomas.instructure.com/). Weekday/evening course syllabi are expected to be posted 2 weeks prior to the first class. Weekend cohort/hybrid syllabi are expected to be posted 4 weeks prior to the first class.
Students will receive e-mail notification to their UST e-mail address approximately three weeks before the scheduled start of registration with term specific registration information and policies. Registration dates for each term can be found on the Academic Calendar.
To check your specific registration date/time, please log on to Murphy and go to Student Services, then click Registration, and then Registration Status. Select the term you want to view and submit. This screen will display your registration date/time and if you have any holds on your account preventing you from registering on time. Failure to take care of any existing holds before your registration time may delay your ability to register! Please contact the office where the hold originates BEFORE the date you are scheduled to register.
Current students are eligible to take a summer elective course if they have completed their foundation level field placement or are advanced standing. We typically offer 2 elective courses in summer session one and 2 elective courses in summer session two.
All courses other than electives are reserved for the incoming advanced standing 1yr class or weekend hybrid program. Weekday students will need special approval from the MSW Program Director to enroll in any summer course other than an elective.
Fall semester – mid June
Spring semester – early December
