My 20+ years with the School of Social Work have provided rich opportunities to be part of the professional development of hundreds of clinical social workers whose passion for justice and competent, ethical service continues to thrive as they return to us as field instructors, adjunct faculty and more recently as doctoral students.  The variety of their areas of interest has inspired my own work related to competent and ethical supervision, research, leadership and group work in an environment nurtured by engaged and committed colleagues.
