Kari Fletcher & Colin Hollidge. On January 27th, Drs. Kari Fletcher and Colin Hollidge presented Supporting Clients who Have Experienced Trauma: A Clinical Conversation at the University of St. Thomas 2nd Annual Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Conference in St. Paul, MN.

Kari Fletcher. Dr. Kari Fletcher has published two co-authored, peer reviewed manuscripts. “Intimate Partner Violence Among Service Members and Veterans: Differences by Sex and Rurality” was published in Traumatology. And “Differences in Mental and Physical Health by Military Service Status in Service Member and Veteran Students who Identify as American Indian and Alaskan Native” was published in the Journal of American College Health.

Katharine Hill. Katharine Hill, with her colleagues from the Nancy A. Humphreys Institute on Political Social Work, published the article, "Creating a Culture of Voting in Direct and Generalist Practice" in Advances in Social Work. In January 2020, Dr. Hill and several other colleagues presented at the Society for Social Work and Research Annual Conference on "Defining Social Work to Socialize a New Generation of Social Workers to End Racial and Economic Inequality." Catherine Marrs Fuchsel. Dr. Marrs Fuchsel conducted a virtual webinar via Zoom in January titled, "Yes, I Can, (Si, Yo Puedo): Empowerment program for immigrant Latina women in group settings" for professionals and staff at Progreso Latino Organization in Central Fall, RI. Dr. Marrs Fuchsel also had a manuscript accepted for publication in May titled, "Intimate Partner Violence Prevention and Intervention Group-Format Programs for Immigrant Latinas: A Systematic Review" in the Journal of Family Violence (JOFV). Finally, Dr. Marrs Fuchsel continues with ongoing work related to domestic violence prevention strategies for members of the Catholic Church such as pastoral staff, laity, and seminarians. She recently completed two virtual presentations at Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, MO. and the School of Divinity in St. Paul, MN.
