Learn basic first aid skills needed to help a person who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. This nine-hour workshop is for individuals seeking basic information on mental illnesses and how to help someone in crisis. It is not intended for professionals who have a background in mental health.

FREE, but advance registration is required, as participation is limited.  If you are not able to attend, please cancel your registration so others from the wait list can participate.
