1. Participants will learn about the basic tenets of mindfulness and acceptance based therapies and how they differ from traditional CBT

2. Participants will learn how to incorporate the following techniques into a traditional CBT treatment plan for clients with anxiety: mindfulness, acceptance, cognitive defusion, and values-oriented behavior

3. Participants will be engaged in mindfulness acceptance-based exercises designed for use with youth and adults, including mindfulness-based meditation.
