Brady Hall

Brady Hall, located on north campus, was built in 1967 and houses approximately 320 men. Community bathrooms with private shower stalls are located on each floor and floors 2 through 7 have student lounges. Common areas include a service desk in Koch Commons, and a computer room, recreation area, kitchen, TV area and laundry room on the lower level. Brady Hall is connected, via Koch Commons, to Morrison and Dowling Halls.

The average room size is 12' x 16', with 8' ceilings. While most rooms are doubles housing two students, a few single rooms are available.  There are two triple rooms (126 and 506) that are unique in the building. Floors 1-5 have built-in desks and dressers and floors 6-7, which were added in 1981, have moveable furniture.  All rooms come with desks for each student in a room, desk chairs for each student, all loftable beds (meaning you do not need to order a rented bedloft), a dresser, and closet space. While most rooms are carpeted; a few rooms have tile flooring.  To see if your room has carpeted flooring please use the link below.
