Maintenance Requests

Students living on campus submit their own maintenance requests for their rooms online using the Student Housing Portal in Murphy Online.  For directions on how to submit a request, please use the direction link below (opens as a PDF in this same window).  Students are sent updates and verification of requests through email after using the portal.  If a student is having an immdiate emergency regarding something in their room (water leak, unable to lock door) they should call Residence Life during business hours (M-F 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) or after hours call Public Safety's non emergency line at 651-962-5100.
