Sustainable Communities Partnership Fall Kickoff

Join us for the Sustainable Communities Partnership Fall Kickoff!

Date & Time:

Wednesday, September 14, 2016
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Location:

JRC 126

We’ll kick off the year with our SCP partners, the City of Elk River, the Freshwater Society's Master Water Stewards program, the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization, and Tiny Footprint Coffee.  Our partners will introduce our fall projects and goals, and we’ll screen our short documentaries about last spring’s SCP projects.  Popcorn provided!  All are welcome.

The Sustainable Communities Partnership (SCP) develops partnerships with cities and government entities to collaborate on project development that fosters systems-level change towards sustainability in the Twin Cities area. SCP collaborates with faculty to link existing St. Thomas courses across disciplines to these sustainability projects, advancing the common good by engaging students in real-world application of content.  Questions?  Contact Maria Dahmus, SCP Program Manager.
