The Office of International Students & Scholars (OISS) is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am–4:00pm. We are closed on weekends and on St. Thomas Holidays.

Meet our Staff
We provide comprehensive immigration and support services to international students and scholars while supporting them in pursuit of their educational, personal and professional goals, and to promote their full functioning in the U.S. and integration into the University of St. Thomas.
