  • "Tough times? Phillips Edison goes full bore," Business Journal of Cincinnati, May 29, 2009. "'Retail sales on an aggregate basis are 10 percent lower today than they were a year ago,' said David Brennan, co-director of the Institute for Retailing Excellence at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
