St. Thomas Rolls Out Adjunct Faculty Benefits

Last fall, St. Thomas President Julie Sullivan charged the university with developing benefits options to be made available to all adjunct faculty members. Human Resources worked closely with a newly formed Benefits Subcommittee of the Adjunct Task Force to survey adjunct faculty, identify their benefits priorities and help guide the determination of the benefits to be provided. Based on this work, the university is pleased to roll out the Adjunct Faculty Benefits Guide, which outlines the benefits to be offered to our adjunct faculty members.

Later this week, adjunct faculty will receive an email with more information about their benefits as well as a link to their electronic benefits guide. They also may pick up a hard copy of the guide in Human Resources, Aquinas 217, during normal business hours.

More can be learned about these benefits by attending one of the informational sessions listed below.
