Please remember in your prayers Gary Jackson, who died Sunday, April 6. He was the father of Emily Jackson, the executive chef in Catering on the university’s Minneapolis campus. Emily’s father was a strong and loyal man who was dedicated to his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 11, at Arlington Hills United Methodist Church, 759 E. County Road B, Maplewood, Minn. Visitation was held from 1 to 4 p.m. with a celebration of his life at 4 p.m.
