Some faculty and staff recently received from ContinuousHealth, the organization completing a dependent eligibility audit of St. Thomas' health insurance plan, a postcard congratulating them for completing the audit. The postcard was sent by mistake due to a technical glitch.
ContinuousHealth regrets the error and the confusion it caused. In the coming days, the company will send a letter of correction.
Employees can expect to receive authentic confirmation from ContinuousHealth about the eligibility of their dependents between three and eight weeks from the date they submitted their documentation. The audit process continues until Sept. 30.
