MPR to Air 'Celebrating and Preserving Winter' Program at Noon Wednesday

Minnesota Public Radio will broadcast portions of the “Celebrating and Preserving Winter” program that was held Wednesday evening, Feb. 20, in Woulfe Alumni Hall at the University of St. Thomas.

The program can be heard at noon Wednesday, Feb. 27, on the “Minnesota Public Radio News Presents” program at 91.1 FM.

The segment will include remarks by Bill McKibben, one of the nation’s best-known environmental journalists and founder of 350.org, and J. Drake Hamilton, science policy director for Fresh Energy, a St. Paul-based nonprofit that supports renewable energy.
