In January, the Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the Fringe Benefits Advisory Committee, invited UST benefits-eligible employees to participate in an online benefits survey. The survey was designed to provide senior management greater insight into employees’ views about the university’s benefits program.
Wells Fargo Insurance Services, UST’s benefits consultant, tabulated the survey responses. The staff of the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis analyzed the results and prepared a summary report, which can be viewed at the HR Corner portion of the Human Resources Web site.
The Human Resources Department team would like to thank the 591 employees who participated in the survey. Survey participants who registered for the drawing were eligible to win a Wii Gaming System. Madonna McDermott, director of the Student Health Service and the Wellness Center, won the survey prize drawing.
