Information Resources and Technologies will perform upgrades to Internet Native Banner and Murphy Online from Saturday, Dec.1, to Friday, Dec. 7. This system upgrade will bring Banner up to date and will provide new enhancements while ensuring that the Banner systems remain in support compliance. IRT also will perform an upgrade of the Operational Data Store (ODS) and Electronic Data Warehouse (EDW) during this weekend.
Systems that will be unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Dec. 1-3:
- Banner
- Murphy Online
Systems that will be unavailable from Saturday to Friday, Dec. 1-7, or until notification goes out:
- ODSP (reporting database)
- EDW
How this will affect you
Due to the upgrade, Banner Prod and Murphy Online will be unavailable during the upgrade on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Dec. 1-3. Please do not plan to begin any course registration or perform other Banner-related activities until Tuesday, Dec. 4; in addition, ODSP will require a reload of the data and will be unavailable from Saturday to the following Friday, Dec. 1-7.
