The official St. Thomas fall census reports now are available and can be found on Institutional Effectiveness’ (IE) SharePoint site. (Access to the data requires a valid St. Thomas username and password).
The reports include:
- Census: Historical fall headcount, FTE, credits, headcount (by gender, ethnic category, religious affiliation, veteran’s benefit, full-time/part-time status, credit category, student type and campus residence), retention rate, and previous years’ FTE, credits and headcount comparison by level and by program.
- Census profile: Detailed information on headcount numbers identified above. Additionally, there is information on headcount by award level (i.e., undergraduate, graduate), outcome (e.g., B.A., B.S., M.A., M.B.A., L.L.M., M.S.W., M.S.S.), primary program code (e.g., LW_GR_JD) and field of study (e.g., BIOL, ACMS, LDIV, MMSE, LAWS, EDPL, BULM).
- Census supplemental: Additional enrollment and headcount information for financial aid, veterans, on-campus housing and external reporting.
