The St. Thomas community is invited to celebrate with the University Advocates for Women and Equity as it acknowledges new female employees hired in the last year. At the reception, women faculty and staff will be introduced and welcomed to the community. 

The reception also will serve as the annual fall meeting for the UAWE full membership. At the meeting, members of the UAWE coordinating council will be chosen and feedback solicited regarding issues of concern to the full membership. All interested parties are welcome. The University Advocates for Women and Equity is open to all members of the university community who agree with its mission of support and advocacy for women.
