As the second director of the LDCW, Brenda made an indelible mark as one of the University’s most effective leaders and as a pioneering advocate for women’s and gender-related issues.  Initiating many of the programs and policies that have become hallmarks of the Center, and remaining an active contributor ever since, Brenda has always remained a powerful and inspiring figure at St. Thomas.

 Upon her retirement, the Women’s Center wants to honor and celebrate her legacy as a teacher and leader. Please join us to celebrate and thank Brenda!
