*FemCom, along with its many above listed co-sponsors, encourages women and LGBTQ members of the UST community to utilize the AARC facilities every week 10-11am in order to create a fun, community-building experience full of fitness exploration.  

*No need to worry about past discomfort in the gym--we've got Gym Buddies from Health and Human Performance Club available to help correct form and teach proper machine use.
