John’s law practice is focused exclusively in the area of trusts, estates, and probate.  He has extensive experience litigating probate and trust matters involving fiduciaries, capacity, undue influence, financial exploitation, theft of assets, validity of trusts and wills, estate and trust administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. He regularly represents professional and lay fiduciaries in all types probate and trust matters, including post-death administration of trusts and estates, irrevocable and special needs trusts, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. John also assists families and individuals in estate planning and incapacity planning, including trusts, wills, inherited IRAs, estate and gift taxes, health care directives, powers of attorney, business succession planning, real estate transfers, asset protection, and avoiding family disputes.
