Dana K. McKenzie, J.D., C.H.C., C.H.P.C., is a founding partner and shareholder of Cheney-Hatcher & McKenzie Dispute Resolution Center, PLLC. Ms. McKenzie has been selected by her peers as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in Minnesota, one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Minnesota, and also as a Super Lawyer every year since 2009.  Ms. McKenzie is a 1989 graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law, and a 1985 graduate of Northern Michigan University.  She is nationally certified in both Health Care Compliance and Health Care Privacy Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board.  Ms. McKenzie has an extensive background in public policy, having served as the Manager of Policy and Planning for the Minnesota Department of Human Services Child Support Enforcement Division, on the Board of Directors for the National Child Support Enforcement Association, on numerous state and federal policy workgroups, and as the co-chair of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies Subcommittee of the Minnesota Uniform Parentage Act Task Force. She is a frequent Continuing Legal Education instructor and keynote speaker, as well as a published author.   Ms. McKenzie publishes a private family law blog with over 800 subscribers in the Minnesota bench, bar and family law community.
