Barbara Jones is managing editor of Minnesota Lawyer newspaper, where she has worked since 1999. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and English from the University of Minnesota (1975) and a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law (1982). She has taught lawyering skills at Hamline University School of Law and a variety of subjects at Minnesota Paralegal Institute. A true Minnesotan, she lives in the city where she was born, St. Paul. Her interests include writing poetry and making quilts.
