Andrew clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Blaeser from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, he joined the Hennepin County Attorney's Office. Andrew worked in the Juvenile Prosecution Division for 2 years before moving the Gang Unit for 3 years. Andrew then spent another 2 years prosecuting Violent Crimes. In 2006, he took a position with Colich and Associates. Practice includes prosecution duties for the City of Brooklyn Park, as well as a criminal defense practice-defending those charged with anything from juvenile petty offenses to First Degree Homicide (also a member of the Federal Panel).
