Grit + Growth Mindset = Success … if only it were that easy! While grit and a growth mindset will help you to succeed, they alone are not enough. We will discuss ways to accept praise and own your accomplishments while not falling prey to the double bind. We will explore what it means to be “bossy” and how women can be strong and effective leaders. We will give that nagging feeling of inadequacy that plagues some women a name – imposter syndrome – and discuss ways to combat it. Success begets more success and you’ll leave ready to own yours.
