The Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights will provide an overview of the federal and state laws against sex and labor trafficking of persons and legal protections of the rights of trafficking victims. Presenter Madeline Lohman, senior researcher, will focus on the right questions to ask when working with clients to uncover trafficking concerns, and will discuss recent Minnesota cases and her work at the legislature
