Minnesota Court of Appeals Oral Arguments

Judges from the Minnesota Court of Appeals will travel to the University of St. Thomas School of Law on Oct. 21 to hear oral arguments on three cases pending before the Court in front of current law school students.
A three-judge Court of Appeals panel will hear oral arguments on John K. Hochstein v. Video Surveillance Solutions and DEED at 9:30 a.m., State of Minnesota v. Andre Thomas Johnson at 10:05 a.m., and Chicago Title Insurance Co. v. AmRes Mortgage, Inc., et. al. at 10:40 a.m.. Immediately following the oral arguments, at approximately 11:15 a.m., the judges will hold a question-and-answer session with the law students in attendance.
