University of St. Thomas School of Law
Schulze Grand Atrium

Join us to explore the "war on drugs" and the criminalized response to addicts of color, particularly black people, in comparison to the more recent opioid crisis, which the mainstream media and government have often depicted as an issue affecting the white community.

We will come together with community leaders to facilitate an open and candid discussion on the influence of racial politics on opioids and addiction.

This event is free and open to the public, and includes a catered dinner, performance and awards ceremony. CLE credit is pending.

All programs offered by the University of St. Thomas shall be readily accessible to individuals with disabilities. For details, call (651) 962-6315.
