Ed Whelan, president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center and former clerk to Justice Scalia, discusses Scalia Speaks, the new book of Justice Scalia's speeches that is winning rave reviews and has hit The New York Times bestseller list. Prof. Paulsen will be joining us to provide commentary. Lunch provided.

"Reading Scalia Speaks - the marvelous collection of his speeches, lovingly compiled by his son and his former law clerk [Ed Whelan], brought [Scalia] back to life for me. His words, even when read, are provocations to argue, disagree, and think. They cannot be read passively. They cry out for dialogue. They demand answers - or surrender." -- Alan Dershowitz, from his review in the NYT
