3 Ways to Overcome Fear Of Missing Out

One week down...

Treat yo' self at the Loft and pat yourself on the back for a job well done. You survived the first week of the semester and started connecting with new Tommies across campus.

Here in ITS, we are working hard to keep that trend going by connecting with you all semester long with weekly tech tips and tricks to make the most out of technology here at St. Thomas

✓ Add your email & calendar to your mobile device

The university is emailing you lots of information about events (read: free food), updates are arriving from your professors (class could be cancelled!), and you can quickly collaborate with other Tommies on the go. Be sure to read the Newsroom's email on Thursdays for what is happening on campus for students every weekend.

Follow our step-by-step instructions on the ITS website to sync your St. Thomas email to your phone so you don't miss out on what's happening this semester.

✓ Stay on schedule

ITS automatically adds your class schedule to your Office 365 calendar. You're halfway to being organized for the year!

Now that you've added your calendar to your phone, you have a central place to add when speakers come to campus, club meetings occur, and coordinate when your classmates can setup that study session (hint: you can view when they're free/busy and send your group a meeting invite too).

✓ Follow the university's social media

Be the first to know the latest and greatest news at St. Thomas as it hits the internet.
