File Storage and Backup - Students and Faculty & Staff

One Drive is personal file storage available in the cloud for students, faculty and staff.  Work files can be stored on Deptstore, SharePoint or other servers. CrashPlan is our automatic, continuous data backup service for files on employee computers.

Campus Computers 

The University issues both PC and Mac, desktop and laptop computers to Faculty and Staff members on a lease cycle for business and academic use.

 

Purchasing New Hardware 

​Hardware acquisition includes the purchase of technology devices, distribution and tracking of the assets such as computers, printers and peripheral devices.

 

Checkout Equipment

Checkout technology including laptops and LCD projectors, are available for on and off campus instructional use to faculty and staff.

ITS provides MFPs and printers for copy, scan, fax, and printing services as well as the applications for managing these services, including the PaperCut print management system.
