ITS provides leased computers to employees for office use as well as public and classroom computers and tracks these assets in an inventory database
The University issues both PC and Mac, desktop and laptop computers to Faculty and Staff members on a fouryear lease. Upon the three year lease cycle (or four for desktops), new hardware is provided based on individual needs.

Public Computers and Labs
Computer facilities are available for general academic use and for guests in the campus libraries.
University classrooms are equipped with a teaching station capable of general computing use, for example, PowerPoint, DVD playback, and display of digital presentations.
Faculty and staff are able to reserve laptops, projectors, DVD drives, and other devices for short term use through the ITS equipment checkout process. Please visit our Request for Service webpage for a full list of available checkout technologies and to submit your checkout requst.
