Frequently Asked Questions

It is not necessary to have a WebEx account to join a WebEx meeting.

Meeting participants who are from outside the University of St. Thomas will just need the meeting URL, which is generated when you schedule the meeting, to attend the meeting. 

To join a WebEx meeting: 

  • Follow the link for the meeting that was sent to you via email by the meeting host. 
  • Navigate to WebEx (uststudents.webex.com) and enter the meeting number that was sent to you via email by the meeting host. 

Note: If you do not have the meeting URL or meeting number, contact the person who invited you to the meeting for this information.
