Desktop Support


IRT offers a full range of services to help you with desktop and notebook computing. Examples include technical support, labs around campus, wireless printing and access to site-licensed software.

Technical Assistance

IRT is available to help you with computer/technical related questions and problems by contacting the Tech Desk, or visiting us in person at one of the walk-up help desks: Tech DeskToo in St. Paul and Scholars in Minneapolis.

We have a dedicated team of Rapid Response Technicians able to address classroom technology emergencies and help with general computing questions or issues. Each department has a Technology Consultant available which specializes in the computing needs of individual departments.
