Student Health Insurance
Health insurance is required of all F-1 and J-1 international students. Upon registering for classes, international students are automatically enrolled in the St. Thomas Sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan.
F‑1 international students who want to waive the St. Thomas-sponsored health insurance plan must submit their U.S.-based health insurance information (waiver must be submitted by the deadline and insurance must meet the minimum coverage requirements.)
