This Medtronic Business and Law Roundtable featured the challenges of prosecuting Dragomir Milosevic, a former Bosnian Serb general, for war crimes and crimes against humanity, a decade later at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). He was sentenced to thirty-three years imprisonment. Participants included:

- Alex Whiting, Harvard Law professor and former Senior Trial Attorney, Office of the Prosecutor,International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), The Hague, The Netherlands

- John Docherty, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota and former Trial Attorney, Office of the Prosecutor, ICTY, The Hague, The Netherlands

- Zoran Lesic, Litigation Support Specialist, ICTY, a native of Sarajevo and professional photographer and videographer.
