Steve Stark

Second Year Law

Steve Stark is orginally from Ames, Iowa. He received his BS in Economics and a BA in Business Law from the University of St. Thomas. After graduating from UST, Steve worked for Genesis10 Consulting Group doing Business and IT Consulting. He was contracted specifically to Wells Fargo and Best Buy where he worked as a business analyst. Steve is now currently a 2L student at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and works as a research assistant with Professor Neil Hamilton in the Holloran Center. Steve's main mission is looking into how medical schools teach and assess professional development. His goal is to utilize some of those tools and strategies that have made their programs so successful and implement them in our classrooms. On top of Steve's commitment to the Holloran Center, he also is an Associate Editor for the Law Journal, International Student Peer Mentor, Treasurer for the Federalist Society, and a member of Business & Corporate Law Society. When asked why he wanted to come to law school, Steve said, "I saw the legal profession as an opportunity to help people in ways they cannot help themselves."
