Career Highlights:

Justin Grammens is an entrepreneur, educator and community leader on the subject of the Internet of Things. Grammens is a founding partner of Lab 651, a smart connected product development company, the founder of Recursive Awesome, an IoT mobile and data analytics consulting company and IoT Weekly, a publication covering current trends on the Internet of Things. Besides being an adjunct for GPS, Grammens is an Industry Analyst on real-time IoT data collection for RTInsights and co-founded IoT Fuse as a non-profit to align the Midwest toward a vision of where the IoT is today and how it can be used to improve the world in which we live.

A proven leader and builder of emerging technology, Grammens speaks at countless technology conferences, co-launched Minnesota’s first Internet of Things Hack Day where inventors compete to build the best Internet enabled products in 12 hours and is a mentor to students of all ages through CoderDojo Twin Cities and Macalester College's MacStartups program. Most importantly, he enjoys family movie nights with his wife and two boys.
