Areas of interest and expertise:

Statistics/biostatistics, R and SAS, reproducible research, variable selection and penalized regression methods, survival analysis, clinical trial design (particularly cardiovascular and oncology trials), and patient reported outcomes.

Career Highlights:

Anne completed her Masters in Biostatistics at the University of Minnesota in 2010, then worked for six years as a biostatistician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York where she collaborated on many projects with the Breast and Hepatopancreatobiliary Services in the Department of Surgery as well as research related to the design and conduct of phase I trials. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Biostatistics. Anne enjoys running, soccer, skiing, musicals and teaching statistics in the classroom or one-on-one.
