The Impact Project
What is it?
The Impact Project promotes the awareness of areas in our community that need your support. The students that participate in this initiative believe in the impact we can all make at St. Thomas and in the power of generosity.
The proceeds from this year’s partnership will be used to raise awareness and support for racial justice and community building within St. Thomas. Our partnership with the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will support efforts of addressing the systemic fair treatment for all members and build community where all feel a sense of belonging regardless of race.

All proceeds from sales of The Impact Project in 2020-21 will support programming and resources for students through the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Our university community includes people of diverse races, ethnicities, geographic origins, gender identities, ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, sexual orientations, religions, work experiences, physical and intellectual abilities, and financial means.
Build relationships and bridges by acknowledging, welcoming, and including others. Each one of us brings unique experiences and identities to our community.

Shirts cost $22 each which includes an $8 tax-deductible gift to the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. All proceeds will benefit this year’s cause. In order to maximize the impact of your purchase, we ask that you choose the on-campus pickup option if you are a student living on campus. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns.
