Request a Group Visit

Each year the University of St. Thomas welcomes a diverse range of high schools, charter schools and community based organizations to our St. Paul campus. We do our best to accommodate as many groups as possible.

Please review our group visit policy before requesting your visit to St. Thomas.

Group Visit Policy

Group visits will not be accommodated:

  • Mondays or Fridays
  • During admission events
  • The week of midterms
  • The week of finals
  • During university breaks
  • The month of April
  • On weekends
  • At the Minneapolis campus

Groups visit requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis, but preference will be given to groups bringing students from 11th, 10th, and 9th grade; in that order.

Requests for student groups younger than 9th grade should be directed to the St. Thomas Volunteer Center. They can be reached at community@stthomas.edu or (651) 962-5262.

A group visit consists of:

  • A 30-minute admissions presentation
  • A 1-hour campus tour

The University of St. Thomas does not pay for group transportation or meals. For those groups willing to pay for their own meals while on campus, the Office of Admissions can assist the group with on-campus meal arrangements.

Please bring one adult chaperone for every fifteen students. It is the responsibility of each chaperone to monitor the behavior of their students. Inadequate student conduct, or adult supervision, can result in a group losing future visit privileges.

Please make your group visit request below. If you have questions, pleas contact Michael Cassel at (651) 962-6165 or michael.cassel@stthomas.edu. Once your visit request is complete, an admissions representative will contact you to with further information.
