Who is Eligible?
Graduate students seeking a degree and taking courses at the University of St. Thomas (other than J.D. Law or Full Time MBA programs) that demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA and who bring to the University of St. Thomas distinctive personal characteristics and/or who have overcome significant obstacles or hardships.
- You must be a U.S. Citizen or an eligible non-citizen seeking a degree at St. Thomas.
- You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have your FAFSA results sent to the University of St. Thomas (school code 002345) and
demonstrate financial need.
- You must complete the Graduate Diversity Grant application and attach a personal statement indicating your reasons for requesting the grant.
New students must apply by August 1st for the fall term, January 1st for the spring term, and April 1st for the summer term. Continuing students must reapply for the grant each academic year by August 1st.
**The Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 deadlines have past and funds have been awarded. New students enrolling in summer are welcome to apply by the April 1st deadline.
