Participate in a Faculty Learning Community
The goal of the Faculty Learning Community (FLC) program is an enjoyable scholarly exchange among peers, but these groups can also create positive change. At St. Thomas, faculty learning communities are cross-disciplinary groups with 8-14 members; they are organized around a particular topic related to faculty life and have a reading and discussion agenda.
This year we are excited to offer four communities. All faculty are welcome to participate. Registration closes September 16, 2019!
- Aligning Teaching and Research: The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

- “On the Brink of Everything”: Contemplating the Next Chapter of Your Life
