The Forum on Workplace Inclusion
The Forum on Workplace Inclusion® (The Forum) – a department of the University of St. Thomas Office of Diversity & Inclusion - puts St. Thomas’ diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) narrative into action through events and programs.
A part of the St. Thomas community since 1995, The Forum is eager to continue to strengthen the connection and service to the community by offering new ways to serve St. Thomas faculty.
The Forum is looking for opportunities to intersect with faculty members by:
- Becoming influencers on Forum content
- Participating in program committees (summer and fall)
- Presenting at Forum events throughout the year
- Contributing articles, opinion pieces, research, and white papers on The Forum website
With 20,000 people from around the world in The Forum’s database and consistent interaction with national and global organizations of all sizes, The Forum is the central hub for workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.

More About The Forum
The Forum’s events and programs consist of professional in-person workshops, online webinars, resource library, and the annual conference – the flagship event. Events and programs provide professional skill-building learning opportunities, which prepare students entering the workplace and continued education for those already in the workplace.
Designed for a national and global audience, The Forum on Workplace Inclusion® Annual Conference is the nation’s largest workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion conference. For 30 years, The Forum has served as a convening hub for those seeking to grow professional leadership and effectiveness skills in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion by engaging people, advancing ideas, and igniting change.
The Office of Diversity & Inclusion – led by Dr. Artika R. Tyner, Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and leader of The Forum on Workplace Inclusion – develops and articulates St. Thomas’ goals around fostering a diverse and inclusive campus community.
